Pakistan’s journey in the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 ended without a single victory.    

                

 their final match against Bangladesh was abandoned due to rain. Before that, the team had already suffered defeats against India and New Zealand, placing them at the bottom of the points table.



Despite their underwhelming performance, Pakistan still walked away with $140,000 (Rs 3.9 crore) in prize money for finishing eighth. Bangladesh, securing the seventh spot, received the same amount from the tournament’s total prize pool.


The competition’s overall prize fund amounts to $6.9 million. The champions will claim $2.24 million, while the runners-up will earn $1.12 million. Teams that reach the semi-finals will each receive $560,000.
